Alan Gelatt is participating in Expedition 309, which began on 8 July 2005 and is scheduled to end on 28 August 2005. Alan will use his experiences working side-by-side with scientists and technicians in the laboratories onboard the JOIDES Resolution to create laboratory activities for grade levels 9 through 2nd-year college.
